What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

Hello, I just got my labs back and I have WBC esterase 3+, occult blood trace, cloudy urine, WBC 6-10, RBC 3-10, and Epithelial cells(non renal) >10 - these were the abnormal ones from the urinalysis.
What does that mean? I don't have any symptoms of a UTI but I am prone to Bacterial Vaginosis.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine report is as follows:
WBC esterase of 3+, cloudy urine and WBC 6-10 suggest urinary tract infection (UTI).
Since, infection is present, further culture and drug sensitivity should be done to isolate the causative organism and to select most effective antibiotic against the bacteria.
Presence of 3-10 RBCs and non renal epithelial cells are probably due to presence of infection and are of no serious consequence.
At the same time, bacterial vaginosis should also be managed with appropriate anti-microbial because infections of urinary tract can easily transmit to reproductive tract and vice versa.

Thanks and take care
